Important – Booking & Cancellation Policy

A credit card must be added to your online account to book appointments. All Spa Packages. We require 24 hours’ notice to move or cancel a stand alone appointment – 48 hours’ notice for packages – 1 week for group packages.

** If you cancel your appointment on the same day of the booking, or you do not show up, we will charge the credit card on your file for the total value of the appointment. **

Massage Bookings: Please add the name of your insurance company to your appointment notes so that we can be better prepared upon your arrival.

Before you Book

A limited number of services are available online. If you do not see your service listed please phone us at 403-938-7304. Group Bookings are much better handled over the phone. To maximize your Service Providers time, please choose the first or last available times.  We may need to phone you otherwise to adjust your appointment time.

In the Salon

Colour services are difficult to book online, unless you received explicit instructions from your Stylist.  It is important that you are booked in for the correct service so that the Stylist has a sufficient amount of time.                              Please call 403-938-7304 if you need to book a colour service for the first time online. If you book incorrectly, we may not be able to accommodate your service.

In the Spa

If you are pregnant, with the exception of Pre-Natal Massage, please call before booking. Many treatments are not recommended. 
Leg waxing should not be done within 24-hours of a pedicure, body wrap or scrub.
Please discontinue the use of retinol products 7 days prior to any waxing or sugaring appointments. We cannot perform waxing or sugaring services on individuals taking isotretinoin (Accutane)
