I’m a compassionate Massage Therapist with a sincere and warm approach to my work. I graduated from the Foothills College of Massage Therapy 1000hr program with Honors in 2005. I also pursued my certification in Equine Massage in 2018 and I love the athletic/sports side of massage and to have the ability to work with both horse and rider as a team!
I am an experienced RMT in therapeutic, relaxation and sports massage; dedicated to promoting health and wellness, balance and pain-free mobility through therapeutic remedies. I incorporate cupping and stretching into my treatments to achieve the best results that are stemming from pain, restrictions and/or injury. I am very passionate about what I do and love to hear feedback from my clients to always make sure that we are moving in the direction of progress.
Outside of work, I spend a lot of time at the barn and at the rink, watching my kids excel at what they love to do. As a family,we enjoy camping with our horses in the mountains and working on our acreage on new projects and constant maintenance lol!
